Our projects have included some of the most important landmarks in the area - the Minneapolis Courthouse, the St. Anthony Main shopping and entertainment complex along the river front in Minneapolis, the old Grain Belt Brewery complex and the U.S. Federal Courthouse.
However, most of our work is not done on famous buildings. It's for buildings like your's that require the ordinary maintenance necessary on all masonry structures. We are specialists in the important job of maintaining these buildings in our very demanding Minnesota climate.
We are a PMAC member of the Minnesota Multi-Housing Association (MHA), member of the Minnesota Chapter of the Community Associations Institute (CAI) and Platinum Sponsor of the Minnesota Chapter of the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM). Our employees are members of the Minnesota Bricklayers & Allied Craftworkers Union, allowing us to be contributing employers supporting both the International Masonry Institute and the Brick Industry Association.
